So Amazon has gotten into the CIA's pants - this speaks volumes about their service.
Amazon manipulates reviews. If one posts the truth and it happens to be negative it is quickly buried my positives having 'more authority'. In some situations they simply can't handle the truth and will say your review does not meet their guidelines.
Amazon's "customer service" is handled in India. Enough said.
Amazon offers many things at higher prices (based on what they know about your spending habits) and if you make the purchase and return to that item it will many times be dramatically cheaper.
Amazon falsely elevates the businesses they market. If you have trouble with a Vendor who say, is 4 stars with mixed reviews and your "dispute" and review created trouble, expect your next visit to that item to show the content's been 'washed' to reflect perfect 5 star scores and Vendor purity.
That Amazon is in bed now with the CIA should raise flags, and I would encourage Americans to leave "their community", you don't need it.

So too with YELP, it is all about money. As a business owner I sat through their presentation and if you spend enough dough they will guarantee volumes, and also will mess with your competitor's web sites to re-direct them to you.
As one AT&T Rep said, "Hey, if it's not in my computer, it never happened".
